I’m using a lot more of the 3D assets in clip studio paint and it’s causing my iMac to chug and I’m doing more video editing these days so I think it might be time for an upgrade. Let’s hope ECCC is profitable enough to justify the purchase! 😩

Now companies would never in their right minds pressure you to use AI because you get to say: "We can do that as long as you don't want to own the stuff you make and ANYONE can use it for ANY reason without paying you for it." and they will NOT like that.

🚨 It looks like the UK government is gearing up to upend copyright law in favour of AI companies, legalising the theft of their work.

This is despite creatives' huge protests, and despite previous proposals being roundly rejected by the public.
