Yeah, I understand sponsors are important, but they should absolutely be banned from sponsoring in the future if they harass the artists.
Last year sponsors were finding their artists in the dealers den and some even demanded free art because they didn't like what they got. They should be barred.
Rejection letters to past volunteers should say “THANK YOU”
It should NOT include a personal opinion of the art itself * if no feedback as to why is requested.
Even art colleges have more grace!
It’s okay to switch artists out but this is not how to do it.
Be professional. Be respectful. BE KIND

As part of this ”reboot”, the Art Team got a new lead who today suddenly removed several artists who have been with Megaplex for years.
Some of them had their accounts shut down before they could read the email.
The email says their professional artwork was too poor quality.
