The lactose thing I've been wondering for years. That and randomly adding casein, whey, or milk to stuff.

Salt and Vinegar potato chips have lactose a lot.

Not sure that all of these are great for streaming, but they're all very good games.

If I have to recommend just one, it's Trails. It's a little slow to start like most JRPGs but it'll grab you.

Only problem is that you'll want to play the other 10+ games in the series 😆

Gen 5 has a pretty good story and the best 2D sprites and mechanics. If you have access to the rom and an emulator or a modded 3DS I really recommend trying it out.

BW1 is interesting too because the entire pokedex is new. No old generation critters there.
