Interesting! I've been asking questions about what happened to Recon 52 and the W'rkncacnter, because the mere existence of this game implies that 52 succeeded somehow in one of those time loops. Maybe after self-actualizing, he was able to break the cycle. Could be the theme explored by Runners.
