That's at least a small comfort, is that while a lot of them are doing it because they want to draw a reaction, that joy is very short term for them, because they can't hold those images as dear to their hearts as someone who drew something in earnest.

That and the fancy loops of metal that extend out from the crossguard are my favorite parts. I love those details that are common in sideswords, not to mention the blade shape.

I think I'll keep coming back to look at this as long as the internet survives. This is maybe the most beautiful sword and most beautiful rendering of said sword ever. Sideswords/sabers are so beautiful

Halfway through combing through my Twitter bookmarks to salvage art references before deleting them, the app broke and deleted all of my bookmarks anyway. Oh well. No longer tied to that place for any reason other than doomscrolling, so it's for the best really.
