I walk (a lot) and do some light hiking. I was working in a small community grocery store, so I have great arms and shoulders, but I should get some small handweights. I'm small, but very mighty. 😄

I met her when I was in DC last year, lobbying on behalf of the Rachel Carson Council. She and her staff were warm and welcoming, and she gave our group her full attention for 20 minutes. She's wonderful.
