I managed to get to the grand old age of [🙄] only managing projects, not people.
Then, in less than 6 months, find myself leading a team of 36 people across 9 colleges 😳😂

But here’s some of them, end of Q3.
They really love & support each other. It’s ace.
I’ve learnt so much & feel so proud 🫶
