It was shocking and confusing to me. I was also worried about the potential for throttling certain accounts.

Our government has fallen. If an unhinged egomaniac can order strikes on another country without the slightest hint of forewarning (angry aimless rambling on social media doesn't count) or congressional approval, we are no longer governed by the constitution and all safety measures are moot.
