And it's not your fault. Systems probably let you down big time. But your mind is also amazing. It has strengths in divergent thinking, increased empathy, increased creativity,
I have so many conversations with people with #ADHD that say they feel so validated. They have never heard anyone else explain or even really understand what they have experienced their whole life.
If you have ADHD let me tell you that I see how you've been playing life on HARD mode...
Good morning!
Calvin approves of his long lost twin brother!
Damnit Elvie, get your shit together. You've got two more days until you're on vacation.
It's hard to believe that there are a significant number of people in the US and world that see Star Trek and the possibilities for humanity working together and say, "nah, I'm good with the wild West".
May the floss be with you! In all seriousness, happy anniversary!
Our elf on the shelf only has two points left on it's license
If you feel that your ADHD medication has become less effective or stopped working, especially if you have gotten a different generic manufacturer, you can report it to the FDA here: www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/medw...
Skeleton Crew was so much fun! My 8 year olds love it. Man, if I had a show like that when I was little I'd lose my mind!
The most fun part is that we have to actually wait for new episodes to come out live each week rather than instant steam it. Just like we had to back in the olden times.
That's a lot to take on all at once. A lot more than most people have experienced in their life at one time and it is understandable to get overwhelmed. Be kind to yourself first because this doesn't sound like it's something that happens to you very often.
My 9yo daughter LOVES football and I love it. She will sit and watch a full game by herself with teams she doesn't care about.
She saw an illegal contact penalty before they threw the flag.
She plays flag football and is already excited to play flag football in high school. She'll be good too!
I haven't seen that show in years. Good call
Hypothetically speaking, you're sick in bed for 3 days. What feel good comedy series are you binging?
You are worthy of love and respect even if you're not productive 24/7.
ADHD isn't for the weak.
RFK Jr. criticized ADHD medications like Adderall, advocating for "wellness farms" as alternatives. Paradoxically, he admitted that heroin improved his academic performance by helping him focus, despite its destructive consequences. people.com/rfk-jr-heroi...
Eating too much cake is the sin of gluttony. However, eating too much pie is okay because the sin of pi is always zero.

Happy thanksgiving!
What are you thankful for?
What is your favorite project you worked on? What makes a project seem like you're working a dream job and what makes it seem like you're working an uphill battle?
Do you have freedom to have creative flexibility in how you shoot/ can improvise or do directors/ DPs give you specific instructions?
I waited so long to get diagnosed because my PCP said "yes it sounds like you have ADHD but diagnosis is expensive, takes a long time, insurance won't cover it and (this is the worst part) why bother now, you've gotten this far in life."
Like, bro, I'm here telling you I have a problem!
I was diagnosed at 39 and untreated until a year ago. I am classic inattentive. Dropping the ball. Abandoning projects. Messy. Poor time MGMT and planning. Avoid tedious, uninteresting & repetitive tasks. Revolving door of different hobbies.
I felt very validated with my dx. Meds have been amazing
I'd love to hear your ADHD diagnosis story
How old were you?
What were your major symptoms?
What all makes sense now after being diagnosed? Are you glad you got diagnosed?
If you haven't gotten diagnosed yet, what's stopping that from happening?
No shame, no guilt. Let's get vulnerable.
Being a parent is really like getting 75 side quests that you have to complete before you even leave the inn.
I'm so glad to hear that.
It's great! What was Ted Danson like?
