A passive RF adversary with an antenna intercepts the same BLE advertisements via a dashed arrow. A callout notes the static MAC address never rotates, 8,640 privateIds repeat every 90 days, and one captured advertisement fingerprints the device for life. A server callout states the server knows the authKey for every tag, stores all location reports in cleartext, and that the privacy policy claimed users were the only ones able to see their Tile location.
