You can fill your gas tank with that right? Asking for a friend.

Wait, are you telling me that we need actual experts?!? We can't just pretend everything is simple and can be solved by brute force? Whaaaaaat?

Anyway, this project will collapse on itself and be a massive failure because eventually reality comes crashing down. UNFORTUNATELY, the losses will be incalculable. And you cannot bring back the dead.

Huh it's almost as if putting a narcissistic know-nothing in charge who surrounds himself with other know-nothings is a bad idea! Great job voters! Thank you so much!

As I've been saying, this can pretty much only end in catastrophe. Congratulations everyone!

Hmm, maybe call your Senator? I hear your party has the majority in the Senate. Give em a call, see what they say!

Fair, although I have seen some coverage of protests specifically for the war. I still think it's because the US is so huge and spread out, it's difficult to get the same kind of response *in one place* as it is in much smaller countries where a large proportion of the pop lives near the capital.

Americans ARE in the streets. The No Kings protests of 2025 have seen record numbers. Minneapolis saw huge numbers in sub zero temperatures. It doesn't look as impressive bc the US is huge. When most of the population lives near a capital, people can mobilize there.

For non-Americans in 2016-17, fair.

Nah, it wouldn't have been true in 2017 either. There was plenty of evidence in the public domain that he is a lifelong conman before he even came down that escalator. Relatedly, I blame Mark Burnett for convincing millions that Trump was a legitimate businessman.

It is. We just keep crossing them.

Yes, obscene is right. American voters are dipshits but I'd say it wasn't prices that they voted for but cruelty. Why would they care about school kids being blown up? That's a feature!

As it should. Everyone should be terrified. I'm seriously considering ending my life because I'm absolutely not going to subject myself to a nuclear apocalypse. Why would we set up a system where one person has sole authority to launch nukes and no one can stop it?

07.03.2026 19:20 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

Once the nukes are launched, it's over. There is no undoing it. We will have crossed the Rubicon; you can't unring that bell. There will be no triumph, no hope, no recovery, nothing. Only misery and death. That will be a wrap for humans. It's the end.
