it's hard to speculate on it tbh. the whole point of a leftist state would be 100% to serve the people. but issues arise in all systems. maybe once education is good enough, some might think centralized power systems wouldn't be needed & waste resources, while others might argue we still need them

yes any system of ideas is an ideology but in political discussion it is often shorthand to mean a stance based on abstract concepts ie 'freedom' or 'individuality' etc. rather than data or material reality
