The former US president Joe Biden said history would remember Jackson as “a man of God and of the people”, calling him in a post on X: “Determined and tenacious. Unafraid of the work to redeem the soul of our Nation.” Continue reading...

Make sure everyone sees this then. The FCC apparently changed its “equal time” rule on talk shows to make it hard for Colbert or The View to air interviews with candidates like Talarico. Video link in comments.

I also write about the Epstein files. Because it’s the another eg of US press lacking guts or clarity or leadership to say it like it is. It’s the dog didn’t bark. And if it isn’t barking now..what happens when/if Trump attempts to throw the mid terms?

The US coup: one year on I re-publish my piece from a year ago. It's not yet over. But it's nearly there...

NEW: ‘It’s a coup’.

One year on from when DOGE entered the US treasury & Trump’s blitzkrieg on the rule of law began, I’ve republished an article I wrote then about what the headlines weren’t saying.

NB: They’re still not.

Reform UK candidate Matt Goodwin, standing in the Gorton and Denton by-election, argued that young girls should be educated on the "biological reality" that many British women are having children
"much too late in life."
• An unearthed clip shows Goodwin appearing to agree with Jordan Peterson's assertion that universities are dominated by "childless women," contributing to "politically correct authoritarianism."
Goodwin had previously suggested imposing a "negative child benefit tax" on those without offspring and removing personal income tax for women with two or more children.

HOLOCAUST ENCYCLOPEDIA
LEBENSBORN
PROGRAM

Nazi authorities created the Lebensborn program to increase Germany's population. Pregnant German women deemed "racially valuable" were encouraged to give birth to their children at Lebensborn homes. During World War II, the program became complicit in the kidnapping of foreign children with physical features considered "Aryan" by the Nazis.

And isn’t it special that we have our own version of this ragingly inadequate and sinister misogynist… in the supremely inadequate Matt Goodwin, Reform candidate for Gorton and Denton.

Please, Gorton and Denton, be better than him. Do not inflict this hideous piece of work on the constituency.

In 1 week Farage's company:
broke electoral law;
had Reform UK mentioned in the Epstein files;
had people exposed as fronts for foreign donors money laundering;
misled about £40m council savings they didn’t make -
Vote Reform and get American paedos and foreign oligarchs crashing your life.

The homepage for the Canadian letters and images project. It shows soldiers posing for a photograph and there is a search bar in the centre. In the about section below, which cannot be seen in this image, it provides this information:

The Canadian Letters and Images Project, created in 2000, is an online digital archive of the Canadian war experience, both home front and battlefront, from any conflict in which Canadians have participated. The focus of the project is on the personal materials of participants, such as letters and photographs, which permit us to experience the war through their eyes and their words. These are very often the stories of ordinary Canadians, largely forgotten and overlooked. Our mission is to digitally preserve and continue to make freely accessible this important part of Canada’s heritage for this generation and future generations.

The vision of the project is to continue to expand this repository of Canadian archival materials by collaborating with Canadians to preserve and share the individual and collective stories that have shaped our past

Accessibility to the past is key to understanding who we are as a nation. We are committed to free access for everyone to the materials of the project.
