How France uncovered the mystery of the forbidden photos of Nazi-occupied Paris The search for the unknown photographer began in the summer of 2020, with the discovery of an old photo album at a flea market in southern France.

Came across this story a while back, thinking about it this month as I take photos with my own brownie.

I'll have to try it out! It just seems a bit challenging to remember framing and such between shots unless you do them back-to-back.

That double exposure is quite dramatic!

If you’re struggling to choose a cause, I’d suggest choosing one, and it’ll likely overlap and work with related ones.

We’re working through a local church, which has pros and cons, but is helpful with finding connections to community services that need a lot of support. It’s good to connect with people running those services as a reminder that good really can come from the sum of many little actions and voices.

I’ve joined a couple of local groups working on local advocacy for environmental stewardship and immigration protection. It feels a bit futile in the first stages since it’s a lot of figuring out how to communicate info to people, but I’m hopeful that they’ll build into bigger actions.
