As may be the case, but my point was more that "giving x a private space" just means separating them from their peers who get to sit in the normal, well-behaved people crowd. I don't have the answers here by any means, but that answer is one that is an inherent compromise toward acceptability.
I think this can blur the line between accommodation and segregation. If an accommodation can't be inclusive, what's the point in even showing up?
