The main issue with my daughter is she constantly signs up for this and that newsletter but she never checks her email. Weeks could go by and she never checks her email. Every few days I prompt her to check for anything important. The struggle is real.

I am like you--currently 26 in my inbox, and I could cut that in half. My 28 year old daughter, who is on the spectrum but very high functioning, has over 47,000+ emails in her inbox, most of them unread. It drives me crazy. And yes, high organizational skills is one of her challenges, but still.
