Strava told me this morning that I only ran 35 miles in the whole of 2024.
That was tough with the conditions outside, but am committed to get this done.

6 are diagnosed each day in UK with MND & there is currently no cure.
Loved ones being trapped in their bodies by this horrible disease.
I only seem to run,when charity also benefits.
2023- Ran 50 miles in Oct for Prostate Cancer
2024- Ran my 1st 10k race for BHF
2025- I've signed up to run 31 miles in Jan for MNDA
