In other news, gel testosterone is better than shots hands down. Unless you like being shirtless. Then you would get it on everything.
Wegovy is awful, I have lost nothing on it. Gained instead. Zepbound, before my insurance banned it, had me losing steadily. Gained it all back on wegovy.
Losing an organ and getting healthier than you've ever been has me mad that I couldn't do this sooner. Even pain has decreased. Wild.
I thought about quitting streaming, but that was just severe mood swings talking. I should be back in 1 1/2 weeks!
Sadly when it comes to major abdominal surgery, even chair yoga is off limits 😂😭 can't do anything that involves abs at all!!
I can't wait till I can work out again. 5 more weeks...
