I accepted an AnyDesk request because I thought it was from my boss, but they tried to hack the office system. I closed the app as quickly as possible, and no harm was done (at least I hope so). Now I feel deeply guilty. My boss says it’s okay, but my heart feels ten pounds heavier.
The wisest thing you can do is understand your imperfections, address them, and own them. Fix them. Try to be a better person day by day, even if it’s just a little bit.
This world is such a beautiful and peaceful place. We corrupt this innocent world with our sins. Sometimes we have to repay the price for our sins, and sometimes we repay for others’ sins. Then the whole wide world seems like a rotting hell because of our faults.
