Exclusive: A leaked report of the KPMG-led restructure plan for UTS shows it is based on a performance metric not permitted by labour contracts, writes Rick Morton.
The number of Labor women in the HoR is actually monumental. Like, listing the names of women in each party and... just, wow.

Hannah Kent with Richard Fidler. This conversation and Hannah's stories of her time in Iceland and the inspiration for Burial Rights (one of my all-time favourite books) took me right back to my time in Iceland in 2017. It is a truly incredible and magical place. #melbournewritersfestival

"We saw Labor's pretend solutions to a housing crisis and we desperately tried to make them better β¦ If the government of the day wants to make a terrible mistake and have pretend solutions, well, maybe you just say 'OK, that's a pretend solution. Hi Yassmin, a friend of mine is an activist in Georgia with a bit of an existing social media presence. I'd love to put you in touch with her!
Ohh that makes sense. I've definitely had arguments with Coles Online before though so not entirely surprised it was awful. Unsure why I couldn't just reset my password to get back into my account??
Went to IGA online, created an account, set up an order and for half the price of Woolies delivery, have it set to be delivered within a two hour window this afternoon (about two hours from now). Couldn't have been easier. No idea why I didn't do this earlier. Not anymore expensive overall.
Tried to ask for a human on this call and after many tries got put through only to find I had a 25 minute estimated wait time ahead of me. Swore profusely and gave up.
Got stuck in a loop with a bot involving me yelling at my phone 'reactivate account'!, then it hung up on me and sent me a text to join a web bot chat. Waited online for some time, then gave up and called back.
An online grocery ordering saga:
Tried to order from Coles online today while boycotting Woolies. Went to log into my account and was told it was 'inactive', and to call.
Ken McAlpine is called for evidence now. He provides a clarification to one aspect of his evidence that he described as "too Jane Austen" in that it was not a truth universally acknowledged, rather a truth that is well understood and accepted.
We're in court now. Just waiting for proceedings to commence.
I've been to the shop in Fitzroy! They always have the coolest stuff and are all about supporting local artists!
I feel this. Also grammarly tells me to be more direct in my emails and steer clear of the 'sorry to be bothering you' vibe.
Sounds like something the SDA would endorse
I got very excited when I saw some swamphen things at the Bot Gardens recently because they genuinely look like small dinosaurs. But I'm not sure I'd want to see giant ones? π¬
This isn't the "cure" it's being labeled as. For those that it helps this is great news, but it is only a symptom management medicine. theconversation.com/what-is-visa...

What's your favourite dinosaur? Mine is tied between the brontosaurus and the brachiosaurus. π¦
