One additional note, unrelated to salaries. The changes to the React world to a more full-stack approach have pushed me to Vue/Nuxt4. Nuxt feels like the right combination of Pages Router and App Router and it's a pleasure to work with, rather than a constant battle.

Re: salary information; in the US, I'm seeing considerably lower contract rates and salaries being offered than even 12 months ago. Layoffs are definitely impacting this, as is the proliferation of AI. I'm hoping this year will see a rebound, but taking a $30K/annum pay cut definitely hurt this year
