At a tube station, or newsagents.
I still use cash. I take a wodge of it out on payday and use it for day to day stuff (groceries, toiletries, Oyster etc) - it really helps me stick to a budget. I'm not a tax-dodger, drug dealer or sex worker, I'm not that interesting. I do pay for stuff with cards, but card-only places do annoy me.
Well if I ever were to meet the great woman, I know what my ice breaker would be - I too loved the stage version of The Umbrellas of Cherbourg.

I've seen recipes where they're made with broad beans, but chickpeas are more usual (in this country anyway).

My (silly, LIGHTHEARTED) point had been that, being single I never got valentine's flowers and, not being a mum, never got Mothers' Day bouquets so here was my only chance ("hint hint"). My ex sister in law messaged me from Spain saying "oh my god why are your friends so HEAVY?"
Happy anniversary to the time I posted lightheartedly on Faceache about how in Russia on IWD men give their colleagues flowers "hint hint" and got lots of angry replies about domestic violence in Russia and the lot of women in general, fair enough all true but OH MY GOD.
