With 20+ years in web design, I've weathered multiple layoffs at 3 different companies. My current employer is consolidating offices, forcing relocation to the Chicago area or get f&$#ed.

This is my second layoff in two years. Job hunting is demoralizing, and I'm unsure if I can face it again.

My friend Rich Hall (far right) passed away on 1/21. His influence on those around him and the hardcore music scene was truly profound. Rich organized some of the most unforgettable shows I’ve ever been part of, and devoted his life to music, art, and the community of people who shared his passion 💔
