I finally found a workflow for self published literature zines!
Ive dialed in the settings to go from a google doc > booklet app > printer settings. Feels so good to make little books.

That’s hilarious. It’s like a weird hybrid of Momir and Pictionary.

Question : should we, as woke adults, go back and rewatch / reread the media of our youth? At least to be more informed about how we talk about it? Or before we recommend it?

BCP will be at the Armory this year! A beautiful old building, in front of which, a decade ago, I did some weird art. Great to hear that the Armory is still a hub of creativity!

Fun things this has done :
- Evoke Deceit and respond with Rhys
- Kirol doubling Doran triggers
- Dawnhand feeding -1/-1s to the trees

I’ve opened all my packs for our 36 pack, ELC sealed meta standard. Still going to tweak this a little, but gosh this deck is fun. Has been doing amazing against Elves and Elementals. Those big butt trees are so hard to deal with.

Update on our 60c Lorwyn sealed meta:
- We all built elf’s and elements in the beginning
- Now a bunch of us have ripped up our elf decks and are doing jank vivid
- I am Doran pilled. I like be butts and I cannot lie.

At this moment Phil is in debt, eating something sugary, scrolling, alone, and empty. But for a brief moment, by correcting you, he felt powerful and his life had meaning.

When I create a cube, it reflects the parts of me that want to share the possibilities I see in game design and community. Cube is an open ended question to a playgroup.

A 60 card standard deck, directly reflects my competitive and capitalist nature. It is a unconditional statement.

This was the idea going in, to feel that ‘middle school’ tension of trading and deck building … but no that I’ve done it again, I’m glad we’ve move on to community focused creativity like cube.

- I do not like siting around alone at night imagining how I’m going to win and be better than people
- I do not like how the best thing to do is what WotC designed
- I do not like how I think about opening more packs

- I do like the deep knowledge of the set I and getting

We’re doing 60 card standard, 36 pack, sealed Lorwyn meta, with trading. And I have thoughts :
- I do not like the incentives. The incentive to min/max, the incentive to trade aggressively and secretly, the incentive “win”
- I do not like how the deck feels like a reflection of me

You never know until you try. And as any scientist will tell you, higher N-values are better.
