I know many people forgot this, but Rubio is genuinely dumb.
He has no idea what he is doing. No education, training or expertise to handle what he now faces.

Rubio’s idiotic justification for the “imminent threat”—that Israel was going to act anyway, and we couldn’t do anything about it, and we allegedly were going to be hit by Iran in response—is going over like a lead balloon. The administration could have real problems in Congress later this week.

Rubio just said a president doesn't have to get Congressional Authority to send us to war.

This entire administration is lawless, top to bottom.

Rubio's justification for attacking Iran:

Iran would have retaliated against the US if Israel attacked Iran. Therefore the US acted preemptively.

So, why didn't the Trump admin just restrain the principal recipient of US military assistance from launching such an illegal attack in the first place?
