Well we did try to reduce council tax for residents last night. We proposed a increase of 4.49% rather than 4.99% funded by the release of a provision. Sadly Labour voted against. Residents have suffered so much, would have been nice to offer a glimmer of hope of times getting better.
Yes it's both, was explaining the decriminalisation element.
The Green Party's policy on drugs is to decriminalise. A person hooked on heroin will currently go to prison where there is little support. Instead they should be supported to detox and recover. Less deaths, less chance of relapse, cheaper for the taxpayer.
It's all about deception with Reform. They fabricate fake people on social media via bots. And now they've fabricated a pensioner in campaign literature in Manchester, all hidden. If voters want honesty in politics, this alone should turn them away from Reform.

I'm not often surprised with the incompetence of Reform, but this is one instance where I am. These are apparently seasoned politicians. I wonder how often they voted the wrong way when they were conservatives.

Just how much longer can the wealthy get wealthier and the poorest get poorer? There has to become a point when there's nothing left to transfer. I think we are close. Also 80% of UK millionaires support a 2% wealth tax on assets over £10 million.

What a disappointment the Labour cabinet are. My heart goes out to disabled people who are now terrified of what will happen. Such a rushed bill and labour can't even say how much the bill will save.
