Here's a big one: The AP just called the #TX02 GOP primary for challenger Steve Toth, who unseats Rep. Dan Crenshaw.
Crenshaw was the lone GOP member of Texas' huge House delegation who didn't earn Trump's endorsement for reelection.

The two Republicans who are advancing to the runoff for attorney general in Texas are: Chip Roy, one of the most far-right members of the U.S. House, and Mayes Middleton, the state senator who just sponsored the state's anti-trans law last year.
They're trying to replace Ken Paxton, so, you know.
RESULT: Democrats have flipped a state House seat in Arkansas.
This is their 2nd flip of a legislative seat so far in 2025 (after a Texas flip in January), & it adds to a tremendous trend that started last year, when they flipped 21% of all GOP-held seats in play: boltsmag.org/legislative-...
JUST IN: Democrat Alex Holladay has flipped a GOP-held seat in *Arkansas*.
Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders tried hard to delay this race and wanted the seat to stay vacant for 8+ months, but the courts told her to hold it today. If she was worried, she was right to be.

RESULT: Over & over, Democratic lawmaker Shelly Willingham helped the North Carolina GOP override the vetoes of Governor Stein & Cooper.
He lost just now to a progressive challenger, 56% to 44%.
