Fish! I thought about you the other day. There was a cousin of yours at our shelter and I thought about naming him after you, but they named him Mr. Darcy instead. He got adopted today!
This is why microchips are amazing and keeping the information up to date is so very important! Last summer, my shelter had a similar story, cat missing for 10 years reunited due to a microchip. Spay/neuter and microchip your furry friends!!! 😻

Dougie! I’m always so happy to see you relacksded! Also, a kitty friend at the shelter where I volunteer had a hurt leg, so he’s a much happier 3 leggy boy now. Pretty soon he’ll be ready to find his forever home. I’m hoping he’ll get a mum as great as yours!

Jack and Annie’s surgeries went well. Annie’s Pectus Excavatum is mild and won’t necessarily require medical intervention, just ongoing monitoring. Here they are playing in their kennel just before Jack went to his forever home.

More TNR today. I caught 2, but one had been tipped/fixed on a previous visit to this location. A resident at this complex caught a notoriously wiley mamma cat for us. Don’t worry, her kittens are 4 months old…and pretty wiley themselves. 🤪 A couple of others were caught too. Success!
