I've heard that ppl on the restrictive side of things also often have digestive problems. tummies, stop being mean to us! we struggle enough!! >:(

#langsky I finished rereading 문화가 있는 한국어 읽기 1 (a very low-level Korean reader focusing on cultural topics). a LOT easier to understand than when I went through it last year even though I only spent like 2 hours on Korean in the interim 😅😅

next up: listening to the audios + the 비타민 한국어 2 book!

restarted my laptop without clicking the 'update' button so it wouldn't take forever to turn back on!

...it decided to update anyway 😭😭 it's been almost an hour and no progress in sight. SIGH

as I'm in my gamer era I've started undertale, two thoughts 2 hours in:

1) it's funnier than I thought it'd be :)!

2) it's harder than I thought it'd be :(

+ the urge to just kill everything even though you're not 'supposed' to 😖😖😖

not done much languageing this past week but I'm still keeping up a doing-the-bare-minimum streak in slovene :') 1/3 of the way through Colloquial Slovene and I haven't given up yet so go me 🥳

(but I haven't done any welsh in a bit as I'm finding the Mab too hard and it's demotivated me!)

I <3 the sound of cantonese so much, I'd love to give it a proper go. but idk how much access there'd be to written material (novels etc) as I've seen contradictory things about how much cantonese speakers can read things written in standard chinese (like wouldn't speech be heavily mandarinised?)

on the rare occasion I post on reddit the replies are always about 50% rude and I've been having such bad anxiety and Wanting To SH Relapse thoughts for the lst half an hour because so many people are just horrid to me and I can't figure out what I'm doing that causes that reaction so often

"twice in june" = 3 mins ago I impulse ordered a ticket so I'm hopefully seeing marina AND bilmuri 🤤🤤 idk which is scarier though, both seem like 10/10 on the fear scale ;__;
