One of the pb is to assign the transport capacity, without deep and looping computations. My first idea is to take into account only the source capacity, not taken into account the destinaton stock current state, except if product are forbidden in Entrance

Distance, throughput, warehouse capacity, and timing all interact.
Player would have many option to solve the pb

You could wonder why showing a so small and innocent field in in indie dev city builder "The Blackout Project". But it hides a lot of changes in the simulation game for how energy source sites are working now. And managing stock is a requirement for transportation.
