Rice Street Library was gifted a monarch egg by a gardening volunteer. Visitors watched it grow from tiny caterpillar to chrysalis—then, earlier today, emerge as a butterfly. We'll release it once it's ready to fly!

St. Paul Loop offers free rides for teens Kids and teens in St. Paul's Rondo and Frogtown neighborhoods now have a way to get to their school programs at no cost.

KARE 11 spotlighted the Rondo-Frogtown Loop, a new way Saint Paul Public Library and Saint Paul Parks and Recreation are working together to meet a community need so more youth can access free, safe afterschool and summer programs across Rondo and Frogtown. Watch the full story: bit.ly/3GjE8NY
