Having differentiated down the reproductive pathway of a particular sex is.
And once you have differentiated down that pathway, your reproductive sex can't be changed.
Over 99% of humans are unambigously male or female. No male people are more male than other male people. No female people are more female that other female people.
There are two types, with some DSDs.
