It now exists primarily for MAGA empowerment. If you try to stand in the way of that, you are no friend of this court.
The function of the Roberts' Court is now pretty much that of overriding lower court decisions no matter how well argued, especially if those decisions stand in the way of MAGA empowerment and its makeover of America. And like Trump, it takes no responsibility for the consequences of its actions.
Is removing vaccination mandates any different from getting rid of automobile speed limits? Both protect self and others from physical harm.
