The English localization of Psycho Dream is coming out this week. The original version is on NSO in NA and Japan, but this new version has some extra features like cheats and an art gallery. The game was directed by Kenichi Nishi, who went on to found Love-de-Lic and direct Chibi-Robo!

This is one of the best games I played last year. Laugh out loud funny, surprising, really well paced and a lot of fun. For the size, length, and what it tries to achieve, Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau is essentially perfect. Delightedly double dipping.
