Daylight savings over a super busy weekend and now my schedule's all messed up. I thought getting to sleep in would help me feel more organized but I'm a mess on this wompy-jawed Monday.

Everyone time my 3yo sees the moon, she squeals ✨️my moon!✨️ with such joy that I just nod and say, "Yes dear, the moon does belong to you."

My MC is not the best mother. But she's thousands of years old and hasn't seen a child in centuries. How was she to know what motherhood would entail?

Went for an hour long walk yesterday and then sat down and brainstormed how to streamline the middle of my book. It will require deleting a couple of minor subplot, but I think it will be so much better!

Good question! In my WIP, the population is capped at about 30 million. For someone to have a child, someone must die, and there is a waiting list to determine who will get the next child.

This List has evolved to be a form of currency with people trading spaces in exchange for goods & services.

Haha I have a love/hate relationship with the characters running away with the plot 😅 it is super fun when the start acting on their own, though!
