I actively started rewriting mine in 1986. I pull all the major categories of my beliefs back up every couple of years.

I have a depression doom pile of mail. Anytime I actually go through it, I have decided to reward myself and practice gratitude by writing a note/card to someone I love. It offsets the dread and panic I feel. Nothing good comes in envelopes anymore. Let's change that.
