That is utterly damning

UE5 game dev (game mode design & code / UI coding / c++ / lua / BPs / mods / &c). 'Solo' game dev (unannounced project). UK & EP patent attorney. Pro photographer once (weddings, festivals). Writes bad sci fi. Give ☕ pls.
That is utterly damning
I am now turned to dust
The writers should have been fired
"The Tories but 10% less bad" has become "the BNP but £10k less generous", and still no one in the Labour party has died from shame

I wonder what an ordinary person would have to do or say for this to happen to them
I mean, the original is fine, I'm not quite as pissy as my post made me appear :)
Maybe we can agree on bad lawyerly responses?
It's a good analogy, but also not - as a patent attorney, when doing responses to get patent applications granted, I am absolutely aware that what I am saying now could bite me hard on the arse in 5-20 years' time. Criminal cases can get appealed, but I guess barristers are not so attached to them.
Good luck!
Quantum Plumbing, I need you here as fast as possible.
I'd leave some wiggle room on that if I were you...
As. Fast. As. Possible.
You should be here by now. Where are you?
Well, I'm not exactly sure...

Sure, punches are hard, but kicks have a lot more power. My son once kicked me there while sitting in a shopping trolley, and time simply skipped from everything is fine to I am on the floor and screaming.

(In hindsight, it is probably more satisfying for players to disregard speed of sound and just play the sound where the thing appears to be, but hey.)
I occasionally have to use this part of my brain in game dev, so not only am I doing this, I am also making games. Interesting equation to construct was working out where in space to play the sound of a rocket following a linear path, given observer location and speed of sound.
He who blooted it, tooted it
The grown up project manager part of my brain is telling me to ignore this right now as it is probably quite the rabbit hole, but I can see how that might create some useful possibilities
I didn't think that was viable given the amount of compute required, but interesting to know
Might be more feasible for something that is already online and has some kind of ongoing payment system
For an solo dev single player game, those seemed like big enough problems
I have briefly considered using AI to help parse commands in a text adventure game. I didn't get further than oh this needs to be permanently online, I need to somehow pay for this and it may scale up out of control, and the AI company needs to outlast my game's lifetime
