The sentiment and mood of the community, which bungie literally never did anything to address (no carrots on a stick, or even the goodwill to communicate anything of value), is just so down in the gutter that it feels sort of hopeless. Which was all entirely preventable

Misstep, after years of lessons learned and successful executions, with a company behind the creative team that seems like it doesnt know that this game is their lifeline. I think xiv will be ok, frankly. But it’s fucked up!
It’s kinda scary seeing the way xiv has been managed the past year or two, as a result. Because it feels just like d2. All this momentum (ikyk lol), and absolutely no strength to carry it forward. I doubt we’ll ever get a full picture on exactly why DT was handled the way it was, but it’s a bizarre

I’m gonna be honest it really does suck how Destiny 2 petered off. That game is so special to me, artistically, thematically, it’s how I met most of my closest friends. I have years worth of memories with it and they just mismanaged it into the ground. Really sad
