Had another life threatening emergency on Sunday that has left me feeling very unsafe and scared in my body. I don’t know if I’ll be able to get past this one. 😞

I can understand why my dentist has a 48 hr cancellation rule/fee, but it’s a bit ableist. I didn’t have a migraine 48 hrs ago, & when it started yday i didnt know it would linger today. So now i either endure the pain w/the bright light in my face & loud tools in my mouth, or pay $50 to reschedule🥲

Staying off of social media during this timeline is hard. I want to know what’s going on, but my mental health doesn’t. It’s a very “rock & hard place” setting.
