Comp Week Zero kicked off at the Citrus Circuits Invitational! Our drive team put this year’s robot, Occipital Lobe, through its paces and got some awesome reps on the field.

We kicked off Week 6 of build season with major progress. The mechanical team finalized enough of the robot for the dev team to set motor IDs, configure the drivetrain, and begin testing the fuel-scoring subsystems. 🤖 🦾 ⚙️

Week 4 of build season. The dev team worked through challenges with AprilTag groups for the auto-rotation command and kicked off setup of the Elastic dashboard, while the mechanical team continued robot assembly.

Earlier this week, the mechanical team completed the swerve drive assembly for the development robot, nicknamed Vehophobia. Meanwhile, the programming team worked on configuring the modules and setting up the basic project folder and repository. 🤖🦾⚙️ #FRCTeam5458 #mentoring
