I'll just post this without further comment:

This is where I curse the fact that I'm on anther continent.
And we're live!
Almost.
The first full episode of our new show gets underway in a little under 10 minutes! If you need a chuckle - and in this news cycle, who doesn't? - come and join us for THRILLS! SPILLS! And Dudley having a nervous breakdown!
Link to stream in bio.
HdE runs A.D. Nicol, Decayed Andy and Dudley of Yesterzine through an RPG adventure. The overlay design is snazzy. HdE exudes raw manliness. Lesser mortals cower in their inadequacy. If anybody actually reads this alt text, please comment 'SNARF' under the original post.
GOING OUT TONIGHT AT 8:00PM ON TWITCH:
The first full session of our four part #TTRPG campaign in 'Those Dark Places' - THE GRAMTECH INCIDENT.
Join our trio of space janitors / troubleshooters as they investigate suspicious goings on in an orbital food factory.
Things escalate. In slimey fashion.
I won't lie. This has got me down ina big way.
I don't like most of the movies Bruse is known for. They're not my thing. But he seems like a 1000% sound fella. He's insanely likeable. And nobody deserves that kind of news.
Heads up, folks - if you've missed us, we'll be broadcasting the first full session of our new campaign tomorrow night.
Join us at 8:00pm on Twitch. We'll aim to supply some chuckles.

This Dave of whom you speak.
He has done well.
Doomed Colonist alumnus Dudley of Yesterzine juts put out an absolute banger on his channel. There's a good look at the Atari ST version of Dungeon Master - a game I spent a lot of time on as a kid.
And Dragon magazine gets a mention, too!
100% with you on all of that.
I dunno if you've seen the clip of the LBC caller who was taken in by Farage's 'ordinary bloke' persona?
The host pointed out he'd made a million pounds in a year from side jobs. The caller seemed to have INCREDIBLE trouble processing what that meant.
It's sad to see them gain that kind of traction. But I take hope from the thought that it seems as if many voters who were previously taken in by them are waking up to who Reform are.
A hill I'll die on is that this is a perfectly fun little movie.
As time goes on, I'll admit that I question whether it's a good sequel or even a fitting continuation. But I've never come away from watching it feeling like I wasn't entertained.
That's pretty funny!
Especially as traditionally, phaser is the correct effect to apply to -- ARRGH! They got me again!
Stuff like that can be really interesting to dig into.
They'll make you RAGE if you have an inkling that what they're saying isn't quite right, though. It's an in joke over here that I'll often shout 'NO! FLANGER! NOT CHORUS!' at those kinds of videos.
That's more of an advert for the Reverb site than anything.
The JHS Pedals show is a really good one. That guy cuts through a LOT of crap and occasionally gets hyper nerdy about the business of electronic boxes that do the blooping and bleeping.
Unfortunately, it looks like we'll have to bump the first session of our new campaign to next week.
I've been working like crazy on final clean-up for it, but I'm not really feeling confident about it at the moment. So it needs a little longer in the oven.
It should be ready to go on Tuesday!
There are entire YouTube channels devoted to this kind of thing.
Hours. HOURS I've spent. Crafting beautiful, melodic tones. With over ยฃ3,000 of effects pedals.
And these guys? They just have a pedal that goes 'SKWAAAARNK' when they step on it?
I'm not even mad. That's kind of impressive.
But, uhh... does anyone else still see polkadots when they look away?
I hear its value went up after it got a mention in a certain TTRPG actual play show.
That makes us 'influencers.'
Agh! I'm behind!
These have been fun so far. It's nice to hear somebody having fun with the comics they read as opposed to endlessly complaining about them (which is what I usually see.)
They're an easy boycott, considering how borderline unreadable their dice are most of the time.
I think it's a testament to the movie that even when folks reference that scene obliquely, I still know EXACTLY what they mean.
So... wait. Do I understand this right, that there are TWO Ghost in the Shell TTRPGs in the works?
Not gonna lie - this is 100% my jam, and it's exactly the kind of thing I've envisaged running on the show. But do we need two?
Dude. There's passive aggression, and then there's this.
And I'm 100% here for it.
Hey #TTRPG folks - we're currently on track to stream the first session of our new four part campaign 'The Gramtech Incident' next week.
If you missed the character creation session - which is a chucklefest all by itself - it's available on our YouTube channel.

I can actually remember listening to The Bends and thinking 'I don't think they're going to do something this straight ahead again.' I could already hear how different it was to their first album.
I wish they'd do more. There's a lot of creative juice in that band.
I only bought a copy of this fairly recently. I remember hearing the album when it came out and not being too sold on it.
Listening to it fresh years later, though? My god. it's so inventive!
@unmadegaming.com deserves major props for delivering some uproariously funny and occasionally very moving sessions. Their Coriolis and Alien campaigns are very good!
That was the one I remember enjoying until it just abruptly stopped. No idea WHAT the producer was thinking there.
Now, 'Take The Time,' on the other hand...
So, basically:
"I have the pow-AAAAAGH! My hip!"
That's the movie my dad showed me when I was young to explain to me just how ridiculously stupid racism is.
