Just finished reading "Avalon" by Anya Seton. I really really recommend it if you like #historicalfiction (set in 10th centuray England, Ireland, Cornwall, Iceland, Greenland, and North America). Such a great story!

I know Stephen King famously dislikes The Tommyknockers... but it is my favorite of his. Yeah, it could have been edited down a little (isn't that true of most of his work), but there are such cool ideas in it. Enjoy! Some good stuff in that stack!

We do love shire vibes, but we'd be interested in publishing stories featuring other non-modern settings. I'm often less steeped in the folklore influencing stories of other places and as such sometimes miss some nuance. We'd love to hear from you and are always interested in great cozy fantasy.
We're open until the end of the month. Send us witches/hermits, village festivals, butterflies in the stomach & the holding of hands. Sell us warm veggie soup/hot tea on a cold night, folks coming together, old friends finding each other again, or anything that makes you feel warm and nice.
