On my way back from a medical conference in Poland where we met with Ukrainian and other allied nation medical staff to talk about how to improve outcomes for children injured in combat. As recent events show it’s a grimly necessary topic that we have to deal with and God I wish we didn’t have to.

Who else is enraged by the fact that the Department of Defense aka War is putting out video games with videos of real fighting in Iran mixed into video game. I keep thinking, this has got to be the worse and sure as sh*t it gets worse. The ignorance and lack of any humanity is astounding.
Just a random reminder that over 50 members of Congress collectively own millions of dollars in defense contractor stocks.
They stand to personally profit from wars that enrich these contractors.
Make no mistake, this is legalized corruption.
