We are recruiting a junior group leader in computational structural biology.
Spread the news!

Yes AF3 instead of loops tends to predict helices. I would not trust them, they are forced. They warn you by the way.
This is what happens when you look at the real virus! Fascinating.
Looking for a starter pack to find/join a community? Here is a searchable/browsable link.

Is really nice to see all the people joining Blue sky. I really cannot stand X any more.
I'm so proud to share these incredible findings from our collaborative work between my team and Amara's lab
about Alphaviruses, particularly the chikungunya virus!!

Amazing nonsense paper. Is a joke?
Over 4 years in the making, I am extremely happy to share our pre-print on the βIn-cell structure and snapshots of copia retrotransposons in intact tissueβ. We used cryo-ET to resolve the copia capsid structure to subnanometer resolution inside cells: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...

Our Cell paper appeared today:
"Time resolution in cryo-EM using a PDMS-based microfluidic chip assembly and its application to the study of HflX-mediated ribosome recycling" --
New chip, described in detail + biol. application: intermediates at 10, 25, 140 ms.
Very nice to see this in here!
A Post Doctoral position is open in my team @AFMBLab . We are looking for motivated researchers to help us understanding viral replication mechanisms in membranes by emerging RNA viruses. See the call in here => www.afmb.univ-mrs.fr/offre-de-con...
Here I go with the first⦠I wonder, elsewhere was a tweet, is here a blue or a sky?
