Adult Eurycea from the parapatric contact zone. Note the row of light circles beneath the dorsolateral stripe and the extension of the stripe to the tail tip on E. cirrigera (A) and the brighter color, the absence of light circles below the dorsolateral stripe, and the row of dots rather than an unbroken stripe running down the posterior portion of the tail on E. cf. wilderae
