baking the bread felt like a challenge? or not eating it?

Looking down into a white crock sitting on a cutting board. It's filled with white goo, and you can tell the yeast is feasting bc the mixture is bubbly.

Two oblongs of bread, lumpy and irregularly-shaped. They sit on the scorched piece of parchment paper they were baked on, and the dark color of their crust is succulent.

Mimi was underwhelmed by her first feeding but she's looking lively this morning! + some consolation-ciabatta from yesterday bc I was getting very bored of not baking
