If it's not made a crime to sell your personal data and location to third parties - organizations like ICE are going to keep buying and using it

An image of a social media post on X (formerly Twitter) from the account of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (@KenPaxtonTX), posted on March 9, 2026.
The post text reads: "🚨🚨 BREAKING: I secured a victory against a New York-based child mutilator to stop the sale of chest binders to Texas girls. I will never allow radical companies like Lola Olivia to abuse Texas children by 'transitioning' them."
Below the text is an embedded image of an official press release from the Office of the Attorney General of Texas. The press release is titled: "Attorney General Ken Paxton Secures Victory Against New York-Based Child Mutilator to Stop the Sale of Chest Binders to Texas Girls."
The body of the release states that Attorney General Paxton secured a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against the New York City-based online retailer, Lola Olivia, Inc. It claims the company sold chest binders to children as young as nine years old without disclosing health risks. The release cites concerns regarding medical conditions, physical pain, and long-term bodily harm. It concludes with a quote from Paxton stating his office will continue to protect children against "radical, sick corporations."

Texas AG Ken Paxton has gotten a TRO in Texas court blocking retailer Lola Olivia from selling underwear to trans people.

Too bad there's no opposition party that could run a 48 hour Youtube telethon program with 48 elected officials each programming one hour to point out the awfulness of the war on Iran. That would definitely not get any media or other attention.

WELL NOW, would you look at that?

A massive, 26-YEAR-LONG study of MORE THAN 2.4 MILLION people in Sweden found found NO EVIDENCE to support a causal link between acetaminophen (the API in Tylenol) use during pregnancy and increased risk of autism, ADHD, OR intellectual disability in children.

I hate asking for help again. But I just received a $1300 bill for the anesthesia from my surgery last year, which is on top of being shy on my rent tomorrow. If anyone has got anything to spare… I would really appreciate some help.

A screenshot of a mobile Google search results page in dark mode for the query "Kansas trans". Under the heading "News about Kansas," there is a list of four news articles:
An article from the Kansas City Star, published 13 hours ago, with the headline "Kansas informs trans residents their driver’s licenses become invalid on Thursday". The thumbnail shows a sample Kansas driver's license.
An article from The Independent, published 7 hours ago, with the headline "Kansas sends letters to trans drivers demanding the immediate surrender of their licenses over birthright law". The thumbnail shows small pride flags on desks inside a legislative chamber.
An article from The Topeka Capital-Journal, published 7 hours ago, with the headline "Kansas invalidates IDs and birth certificates of transgender people". The thumbnail features a close-up of colorful pride flag stickers.
An article from Erin In The Morning, published 16 hours ago, with the headline "Kansas Sends Letters To Trans People Demanding The Immediate Surrender Of Drivers Licenses". The thumbnail is a nighttime photo of a state capitol building illuminated in pink and red lights.

A day later and no major national news org has covered what they're doing in Kansas.

This is the flip side of the hyper focus on trans issues by the right. The national media ignores what's actually being done to trans people.

This erasure is what contributes to the persecution.

I want to clarify this because people have asked: organizations in general giving money to trans people for hormones and ID changes and moving fees, good. Organizations giving money to legal teams for the newest lawsuit to try and slow this down, maybe not the priority right now

Important insight. ALSO, I have no patience (and I mean ZERO) with people who say "they won't ban birth control." They will eventually try BECAUSE WHAT THEY WANT IS TO CONTROL YOUR BODILY AUTONOMY. We need to be proactive about BODILY AUTONOMY IN GENERAL.

The text of the post reads: "Everyone should read this important essay by @jessesingal in the @nytimes. Then, take a moment to drop a quarter in the “Clarence Thomas was right” jar. THREAD🧵⬇️"
Below the text is a preview image of a New York Times Opinion Guest Essay. The headline reads in large font: "Medical Associations Trusted Belief Over Science on Youth Gender Care." The publication date is listed as Feb. 24, 2026.
The article features an illustration of a medical professional wearing green scrubs and a stethoscope. The top half of the person's face, from the nose up, is entirely obscured by a transgender pride flag (consisting of blue, pink, and white stripes) stretched across their eyes like a blindfold. Small text at the bottom reads "Illustration by The New York Times."

Here's the legal director of ADF, the organization that wants to criminalize LGBTQ people and ban care, praising Jesse Singal's NYT op ed.

This is the goal of Singal, to spread uncertainty and undermine liberal support so that the far right can pass their anti-trans policies without resistance.

Fact Check: Jesse Singal Lies About Trans Care At The New York Times The New York Times spreads misinformation about transgender people yet again.

1. The New York Times, unsurprisingly, has released yet another hit piece on transgender people.

This time, it comes from Jesse Singal.

I fact check it in my latest piece.
