Kinda wild that, this many Pokemon games in, they haven't updated the sounds they make. They're so much more charming to look at and then they make a noise and it still sounds like a tamagotchi being bullied.
This. My job as a critic isn’t to make their game look good. It’s to write the best review of what people can play *right now* to best serve my audience. If you can spend money on the game, I’m not going to hold things arbitrarily because the content isn’t ready at launch.
I understand this take but I think the *instant* the thing becomes available for purchase, it is open to criticism.
You can spend real money on Marathon. There should be reviews you can read right now.

Calling Mina Kimes a "DEI hire trying to talk football" clearly shows this person has no idea about the sport, even beyond the loser-ass behavior of using of "DEI" as derogatory. Mina has consistently been the best analyst the sport has had for many, many years.

I know this picture shows nearly every console capable of playing Pokémon in my house playing a Pokémon, but the one that is most important is right there in the middle. Crystal is still my all-time fav of the series, and I wrote why I felt it was special growing up playing it.
I've never worked with ClickOut Media, and YET I've still been personally affected by their reckless 'journalism.' I'm considering options now, but I can say that my old work been messed with on a site that COM acquired last year, and that I've been recently exposed to legal issues because of them.
I think I have a single character in nearly every MMO I play that is max level.
