A Gears remaster/remake where they add in all the content they had to cut from the original game would be great.

But I'm not too hopeful seeing as I'm pretty sure Square still owns the IP for Xenogears. Saga and Blade were more "reimaginings" than actual sequels.

Gears is great if you can get past the fact that the second disc pretty much fast tracks you to the end and glosses over a lot of key plot points they had to cut.

Saga can be hit or miss too. Namely due to very long cutscenes and a very different battle system for each game in the trilogy.

Xenogears/saga/blade is just good in general.

So I'm knee-deep into the Dressrosa arc of One Piece and I'm noticing some striking parallels to real life.

Namely in the sense of "manic pyschopath nobleman takes over country to fulfill his power fantasy, then attempts to destroy said country once everyone finds out what a shitlord he is."

Trump's "plan" for America is to watch the country burn alongside his billionaire buddies.

Why does management insist on keeping us open til 8 pm?

We're lucky if we get more than 15 customers after 5 pm. I literally spend over half my shift either looking around for stuff to keep me occupied or waiting til 8 so I can finish the last few things I can't do while the cafe is open.
