Nor'easter (bombcyclone) yesterday broke records for some locations: Providence, Rhode Island (Warwick) measured 37.9 inches of snow accumulation, high winds & heavy snow caused widespread white-out conditions. Was in the teeth of it during the storms peak!

grateful to have been able to document this local historic event in my hometown. Understand this was nothing on the scale of the Great Blizzard of '78 with respect to overall storm intensity. #OHwx
NEW RECORD MAXIMUM SNOWFALL FOR DAYTON, OHIO:
12.4 inches of snow accumulation at the Dayton International Airport. This overtakes the official 12.2 inches measured from the infamous Blizzard of 1978, also known as the Midwest Super Bomb.
9 to 10 inches of snow accumulation in Dayton area so far - this next round moving in might push us up and maybe over the 1 Foot hump!
